Beyond IQ
A Limitless session in progress: students working, presenting and talking together

Limitless

A ready-to-teach enrichment programme for gifted learners.

Challenge. Choice. Connection.

Beyond IQ workshops help adults understand gifted learners. Limitless is the programme those learners take part in: a weekly enrichment session for ages 8 to 14, led by one of your own teachers and supported all year.

Running in international schools worldwide.

  1. 01

    They finish first, then wait.

Bright learners meet the ceiling of the lesson long before it ends.

  2. 02

More work is not more challenge.

Extra pages fill the time. They rarely stretch the thinking.

  3. 03

    And they often think alone.

Without intellectual peers, being different starts to feel like being apart.

Built for international schools

The curriculum is ready. Your teacher is trained. Support continues all year.

Limitless gives international schools a practical, research-informed framework for the depth, challenge, autonomy and peer connection gifted learners rarely find in the regular classroom. It runs weekly, alongside the curriculum you already teach.

  • A complete curriculum

Session plans, thinking challenges, project frameworks and student materials for ages 8 to 14, ready to teach.

  • A trained teacher

Twice-yearly training gives your teacher the subject knowledge and the confidence to lead the group well.

  • Ongoing specialist support

Monthly online meetings with a gifted education specialist, so questions are answered while they still matter.

  • Digital planning tools

Software that helps your teacher find, adapt and build each session in minutes rather than evenings.

What the sessions are built on

Challenge. Choice. Connection.

Challenge

At the edge of their ability.

Not more work. Work that actually asks something of them.

Choice

Their questions. Their direction.

Students have room to explore ideas, make decisions and shape what they create.

Connection

With peers who get it.

A space where thinking differently does not mean thinking alone.

How Limitless starts

One of your own teachers, trained and supported.

Schools do not need to build a gifted programme from scratch, or hire a full-time specialist.

  1. Lihi Engelsman presenting to teachers in a school classroom

    01

    You choose a Limitless teacher.

A teacher in your school who is curious, open and genuinely interested in working with gifted and high-potential learners. They do not need to be a gifted education specialist.

We help them become confident in the role.

  2. Teachers sorting cards during a Limitless training activity

    02

    We train them.

Twice a year we train your Limitless teacher on how to support gifted learners and how to deliver the programme with confidence.

Understand gifted learners, recognise meaningful challenge, lead the group well.

    03

    Limitless starts in your school.

Your teacher receives the curriculum, resources and digital planning tools needed to run weekly sessions.

The structure is ready. There is still room to adapt it to the students in front of them.

Inside a session

A structure, not a stopwatch.

Every group is different, so the teacher adjusts the balance of these elements across the term.

  1. 01

    Thinking strategies and riddles

Problems without an obvious route through. Students test strategies, notice patterns and stay with a challenge when the answer does not arrive quickly.

  2. 02

    Awareness and growth

Strengths, mindset, habits and responses to challenge, so students recognise their own patterns and decide what to do with them.

  3. 03

    Project-based learning

Learners shape their own inquiries, build and refine them over time, and share the result with a real audience.

  4. 04

    Guest speakers and monthly themes

Each month opens up a bigger idea, with people whose work shows what that idea looks like in practice.

  5. 05

    Limitless showcase

Students present what they have created to peers, teachers and families.

Who it is for

The learners schools worry about most.

  • High performers who need more than good grades

Without real challenge, motivation and resilience quietly erode.

  • Underachieving gifted learners

Ability that no longer shows up in results, and often has not for a while.

  • Learners whose potential is not yet visible

Strong reasoning, curiosity or insight that grades and tests have missed.

  • Twice-exceptional students

Gifted learners with ADHD, dyslexia or autism, whose strengths and difficulties mask each other.

  • Recently relocated learners

A new country, a new language, and a level of challenge that has dropped away.

Formats

Three ways schools run it.

We help each school choose a format that fits its timetable, staffing and learners.

  • Limitless Pull-Out

A dedicated Limitless group during the school day.

  • Limitless Club

Limitless offered outside the regular timetable.

  • Limitless Individual

Structured enrichment for an individual learner.

In their own words

What the students say.

  • It doesn’t give you an average student’s worksheet; it gives you a challenge to solve for you at your level, so nothing is too easy, and nothing is impossible.

    Limitless

  • During Limitless lessons, I explore my brain more than in normal lessons. This also helps me understand myself better.

    Limitless

  • People think that gifted students are very apart from everybody else, but they’re not. They’re just thinking differently, and more critically.

    Limitless, European School The Hague

  • Limitless gives you free will. It gives you the opportunity to develop a field you’re especially interested in.
