For one teacher, not the whole staff.

  • 01

    Three live 90-minute workshops

September, October and November, so there is time to apply the learning between sessions. Each workshop is recorded and sent to every participant.

  • 02

    Recordings and materials

The recording and all materials from each session are sent to every participant, whether they attended live or not.

  • 03

    Email support between sessions

Participants can contact Beyond IQ between workshops when they encounter a question or challenge related to applying the training.

The three workshops

One journey, from noticing to challenging.

Each session is a live 90-minute workshop, scheduled with months in between so the learning has time to land.

  1. Lihi Engelsman presenting to teachers in a school classroom

    01

    Understanding Giftedness

Understand giftedness beyond high grades and stereotypes, and recognise the academic, social and emotional needs that may sit behind what you see in the classroom.

    • Tuesday 22 September 2026 · 14:00–15:30 CEST
    • Gifted doesn't always look gifted.

See your students through a clearer lens.

  2. Teachers sorting cards during a Limitless training activity

    02

The Learners Who Fly Under the Radar

Explore learners whose potential is less obvious, including underachievers, twice-exceptional learners, highly creative students and others who do not fit the traditional image of a gifted pupil.

    • Tuesday 6 October 2026 · 14:00–15:30 CEST
    • Who might we be missing?

Know what should make you look twice.

  3. Lihi Engelsman working with two teachers around a table during a workshop

    03

    Challenging Gifted Learners

Move from recognising gifted learners to creating greater depth, complexity, autonomy and meaningful challenge in everyday teaching.

    • Tuesday 10 November 2026 · 14:00–15:30 CET
    • More work is not more challenge.

Know what to do differently tomorrow.

  1. Workshop one

    Understand.

  2. Workshop two

    Identify.

  3. Workshop three

    Challenge.

Between each workshop: Apply. Ask. Reflect. Every session is recorded and sent to you.

What teachers say

Teachers and coordinators, on what changed afterwards.

The series draws on the same workshops international schools already book for their staff.

I really enjoyed the workshop. I don’t know yet what to do with all the information, but it was very eye opening. I look forward to taking this up in both mentor meetings and subject meetings.

For school leaders

Why send a teacher to the full series?

  1. It builds over time.

Teachers have months to apply what they learn rather than trying to absorb everything in one afternoon.

  2. Questions can be addressed as they appear.

Participants can email Beyond IQ between sessions for guidance navigating relevant classroom challenges.

  3. Materials stay with them.

Teachers receive the workshop materials for continued use and reference.

  4. Knowledge comes back into your school.

One teacher can become a more confident point of reference for gifted education within the wider team.
